The online (home) STI testing service has now been extended to counties Limerick, Clare and Tipperary.
Next week the service is due to be extended to counties Carlow and Kilkenny.
The full list of counties where the service is available can be found on the sexualwellbeing.ie website.
People from the age of 17, with an address in these counties, can now order an STI test through the online platform.
Those who require follow up or treatment will be directed to participating STI clinics.
